To make the "Google Car" feature legal in all 50 states as long as the drives seat has an occupant age 16 or older.

Created by J.M. on June 25, 2013

By allowing the "Google Car" feature available as long as the driver's seat has an occupant 16 years old or older will allow other driver's to recognize that the driver's seat has a person and will allow people with disabilities to travel distances which were not possible before this concept was created. This feature allows people with vision, hearing, physical and mentally handicapped persons to function without human assistance from one location to another. This is an excellent option for the aging driver which can no longer operate a motor vehicle as well but will prevent individuals younger than 16 to travel without a guardian. This law has passed in California and would be valuable to all citizens in all states. Features include lower accident rates and safer driving environment.
