make gov. assistace programs more strict to get on and not live on. and random drug test them.

There is way to many people on gov. programs that are able to work. Welfare was made to help get back on your feet. It was not made to live on and suck our system dry. I see people on welfare and food stamps living better than old people on SS , and these people worked all their lives. Random drug testing would create jobs and help keep welfare down. Also back in the day if you were on welfare you still did work like street cleaning. This should be put back in effect insted of sitting at home popping out more kids for us to support. SOMETHING MUST BE DONE
