Government Buildings that are funded by the USA, should be Green-compliant and self-regulated. Having solar-panels, insulated windows that save energy, Green certified water heaters, etc... There is also larger scaled things, like rain filtration systems that can collect water to use in sprinkler systems.
In all, the main purpose would be to use less energy and doing so would save the USA money in the long run.
