Create a government loan program that would allow citizens to consolidate their debt into one monthly payment while all of the interest and fees go toward paying the national debt. Families would need to go through a budget program and become educated on their spending habits and how to spend within their budget. With this programs people would be able to pay back debts and meet their day to day expenses along with saving for future expenses. This would also build up the citizens credit score enabling them to get a mortgage or car loan and increase the economy. This would help the financial health of not only individual citizens but also America as a whole.
