Government officials should have the SAME health care that their constituents have, they should have minimum to no annual cost-of-living raises based on their constituents annual raises, retirement plans should be equal to their constituents. The way to have Government Officials to be held accountable to their constituents is to make them one of the constituents in which they govern. There should not be any special treatment for an elected official.
