Make a government run wifi which would be paid for with a small raise in taxes and can be accessed from anywhere

There needs to be a government run wifi that can be accessed from anywhere. This would be paid for with a small raise in taxes. With this people would be more likely to be involved in politics and become more informed. This would also aid in education because children could do their homework easier.
