Make government surveillance and wiretapping illegal across the U.S.

Self expression and the right to not have your privacy invaded is critical in keeping the U.S. free and safe from corporate and political interests abusing people's privacy and personal space. Our rights should not be bypassed to make it seem like the world is a safer place to live in. It is immoral and wrong. That power gives leaders the ability to abuse and walk all over human freedoms. It is a question of how much are you willing to sacrifice and to whom? If there is a real threat or probable cause for concern, then there would need to be a legal investigation which requires a Federal search warrant and proof that there is indeed a need for searching someone's property. Surveillance and wire-tapping falls under the same law.
