To make Grants/Loans more easily accessible for low-income, deminishing/bad credit families and SINGLE parents. (men and women) To return to school or open their own small business. Helping them in making a effective career change, to become self sufficient, having less need and reliance for public/state assistance programs that need public tax moneys. A One TIme Second Chance for those who are working hard to give a better life to their family. With assistance in financial, educational, career or business counciling, along side personal counciling to help with life changes, and their chosen path of education or business.
This would be a one time per family program. They must show proof of their education or small business progress for atleast 6 months to 1 year.
