There is significant evidence that the American people are ready for legal marijuana. It is already legal in two states and used for viable medicinal reasons in several others. The fact that our government refuses to look at the strong evidence for marijuana legalization, and instead sticks with archaic policies that make it illegal is frankly absurd.
