It is far too easy for gun sellers to be licensed. Laws for gun sellers should be changed and they should be made liable when an assault weapon, automatic large caliber or machine gun is sold to anyone but law enforcement or military.
If such a weapon is sold to anyone but the above mentioned, they should lose their license to sell forever.
