Gun ownership is protected in the 2nd amendment. There should be safeguards to keep guns out of children's reach and view. The purchasing of guns should be limited to adults and children exposed to guns must have adults present siimlar to going to "R" rated movies. Peope have the freedom to watch pornography guaranteed in the first amendment but children do not..
Also it would be powerful to have children who have been killed by guns depicted on the stocks of guns as reminders of their ugliness and potential for danger. .
