It's impeding my ability to work and thus far making my learning environment dangerous and disruptive for everyone. I propose, as a noble and valiant citizen of this fine country, that we make anyone caught staring at someone else's computer screen do the hokey pokey for ten house straight whilst Morgan Freeman narrates the whole event. It's the only way to ensure the stability of libraries and computer labs across the United States and hopefully beyond.
