Halloween surrounds us everywhere during the Fall season. We see it on TV, stores, and generally all around us. One could even argue that Halloween is just as, if not more popular than Christmas. Therefore, I believe that Halloween should become a Federal holiday based on its powerful impact on our modern day culture.
