Halloween is a holiday celebrated by the average person though it's roots are set in the pagan religion. Christmas is the most important holiday for Christians and is celebrated by all whether they are Christian or not. Since Halloween is the most important pagan holiday that is celebrated by all, we feel it would only be right to be able to claim it as a paid holiday off with jobs just as Christians do for their holiday. We're not asking for the other 7 pagan holidays, just the one everyone celebrates.
