Prevent sex offenders, and child trafficking from happening by making harsher and stricter laws regarding molestation, child rape, kidnapping, and child pornography. Have sex offenders wearing an ankle bracelet that monitors their constant location. Make child rape punishable by death to prevent the crime from repeating by the offender. Putting these people behind bars doesn't work and having a parole officer doesn't stop them from committing the same crime over and over again. We need to make it clear America doesn't support child trafficking, molestation, rape and kidnapping of a child. We need harsher laws to protect our children.
