I am an animal advocate, and when I saw the story of Caitlyn the Pitbull/Lab Mix whose mouth was taped shut. I had to do something, there are too many animals being hurt and tortured and no body is fighting to make changes, when people harm them. The Laws need to be harsher for animal abusers if a person can harm, torture, abuse or set an animal on fire they can do it to a person and they should not be on the streets. All I ever see on the news or on the internet is an animal being tortured, shot with arrows, having there mouths taped shut, being burned and set on fire. Something has to be done the Laws need to be Harsher that is why I would like to see Caitlyn's Law put in place.
