We The People find it inhumane; without compassion for misery or suffering; cruel, to charge a child for medical expenses. There is no reason a child (under 18 years old) or the parents of such child be held financially responsible for the child's medical expenses / health care.
Solution:
We the people would like to see a small tax increase on all professional athletes to cover the expenses for children's health care.
