While the Obama health care plan is an improvement, providing health care coverage to millions of Americans who previously had no health care, there are still many Americans who do not have access to health care. Many people cannot afford health care insurance. Under the new plan instead of getting health care, they will have to pay yet another tax they cannot afford.
