Hedgehogs are also very easy to care of. They don't require lot of effort. They have specific food they eat, but that is just like a dog. You also bathe them like a dog. Finally, they are great pets. They make people happy. They are, overall, good pets.
In the end, there are no reasons for hedgehogs to be illegal.
