Hemp is the most useful plant on the planet. Yet it continues to be illegal in the United States, even George Washington was a Hemp farmer. Hemp can be used to make the United States independent from foreign oil, it's refinement process into petroleum cases zero sulfur and isn't very complicated, yet it's illegal.
Hemp grows fast, requires little maintenance / water, and naturally resistance to insects.
Hemp can be used to make substitutes for anything ranging from milk, oil (as stated earlier), and clothes, it sounds too good to be true, but it isn't, and it's illegal.
If the United States were to use 6% of its agricultural land on hemp it would solve all of our energy needs, cleanly.
It would take us months to replacement anything we need with Hemp, not even years.
