make homework play less of a role in school. if you get above 95 on test then you shouldnt be forced to do hw.

In school if you do homework up until your first test. if you get above a 95 you should be able to stop doing hw without being penalized. and you dont have to do hw until your next test and if your grade drops from 95 you have to begin doing hw again and so on. homework is there to help you study so if youre already getting high grades on test you shouldnt be punished for not doing homework
