We need a Constitutional Convention to enact term limits of Senators to two terms for a total of 12 years. Term limits for Representatives to equal no more than 8 years of service. We need to lower their salaries to reflect a middle class wage to discourage corruption. The current system makes a Congressional position a lucrative, celebrity like job that leads to corruption and ineptitude. The members of Congress are defunct and do not serve the majority of American Citizens.
