Make hospitals and healthcare employees non smokers, that way it can be a smoke free environment for the patients.

I work in a hospital and I see how 25% or more of its employees are smokers. I have a concerned with that since they smoke so much that the smell is so strong and it can affect patients. Hospitals and healthcare environments should be smoke free, to minimize posible life treats to patients and family members. Ex: the EMS department most of their employees smoke and when they go and treat patients with respiratory problems, they could worsen by just smelling the tobacco on them.
