Any type of healthcare should not come with a bill. People go to the hospital to get better from injuries and illnesses. Why should people have to pay to better their health? What if they cannot pay for that bill? Do they not go through the surgery that they really need to live on in this world just because of money? Money shouldn't decide that. Better health should be encouraged and available to all people, whether they are poor, have no home, or about to see their death soon. Every second living healthy should be the countries number one concern. Funding shouldn't be a problem if we are paying for all these military equipment and operations.
We should be cutting down on killing people and more on saving them.
