Make the House live the sequester until they pass a budget and prevent a government shutdown.

The House wants to shut down the government to prevent the implementation of Obamacare. Obamacare is the law and has been deemed constitutional. Therefore, the pay, insurance, healthcare, and all government benefits of all House members should be shut down until they reach a compromise on the budget and debt ceiling that prevents shut down until 12/31/16. Additionally, they should be forced to remain in session 7 days a week with only 3 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches each and 8 hours to sleep in their offices per day until a compromise is reached. They should be given all the water and caffeine they want to keep them alive and awake until they reach a COMPROMISE that does NOT, in any way, impede the speedy implementation of Obamacare exactly as it is currently written.
