House Republicans have egregiously WASTED BILLIONS of taxpayer dollars on futile attempts and pro-forma votes to repeal the Affordable HealthCare Act (ObamaCARES)
The cost of those processes, which are wasteful and without merit, shall be re-paid to the general fund or to the budget within which the House operates, and no more votes on the exact same subject/bill/language shall be allowed.
