make human lives a priority NOT your egos. My wife is dead because of your administration's lack of scope and vision.

Created by K.F. on September 01, 2014

My wife died on August 16, 2014. We started contacting the U.S. Gov't through the U.S. Embassy (in Malaysia, where she was a student and where we also lived), by phone, White House website, Twitter and Facebook near the end of 2013, when her cancer surprisingly returned. We received 1 or 2 unhelpful responses from the collective sources up until her death. When I visited the U.S. Embassy days before she died, I wasn't given a single referral for my wife's cancer, my veteran benefits, or pressing legal matters. The person I spoke with even recognized my name, and told me that the Embassy checked emails every hour, and that a response was sent. I let her know that we'd sent several emails on different matters that went unanswered, so checking them short of responding wasn't helpful.
