The legalization of marijuana in Idaho would help those in need of it for glaucoma and other ailments including depression. Or civil rights are being violated because we cannot use it for any means. Marijuana is not a gateway drug and it doesn't make you paranoid. The laws against marijuana make you paranoid. Marijuana is no more addictive than any other medication out there today that's approved by the federal drug commission. Obama says that legalizing it won't stop terrorist activity but if we grow it here in the states and buy from local producers we won't have to buy it from terrorists overseas so Obama's argument is mute. The only reason that alcohol prohibition failed was because everybody drank alcohol, even Jesus.
