Because child leashes are very similar to that which was used during times of slavery in the US. Many children have also been choked severely because of these harmful items. They are not fun, funny, or child toys; they are the same type of items used by police in jail to constrain inmates. I want to start this petition to begin the legalizing of these disgusting child toys. THEY ARE SICK TO MAN-KIND.
