make illegal corporate lobbies, dark money, and other means of private-sector monetary influence on federal governance.

Created by B.W. on December 30, 2013

The federal government has been completely incapacitated by the flooding of corporate money and influence of powerful private interest groups whose agendas are contrary, and in many instances antithetical, to the will of the American people. This is the first step in an attempt to reform the financial relationship between private-sector corporations, super PACs, advisory groups, and other means of resource-rich organizations and their governmental regulators, and to overturn Citizens United vs. FEC ruling along with any other laws, judgments, legislation, resolutions or bills that facilitate this otherwise-unspoken relationship between the federal government and the private sector. Corporations are not American citizens as entities, and dollars are not a means of voting.
