make illegal the manufacture/distribution of semi automatic and automatice weapons to any entity other then the military

A law should be immediately established which can't be revoked making the manufacture and distribution of semi and automatic weapons along with ammunition for same to any entity other then the US Military. Further, anyone caught outside of the military possessing such weapons should be immediately incarcarated for a minimum of 10 years and preferably 25 years. An immediate recall of all semi and automatic weapons from private parties should be instituted for a time period of 30 days. After that, possession of same is illegal.
