Make ILLEGAL for a PARENT of a MINOR from birth to 16 years old to do any form of DRUGS, Be DRUNK, and Smoke Cigarettes.

I PRAY every kid reading this petition SOUND OFF! Tell the WORLD and the PRESIDENT that you DO NOT want a HIGH and DRUNK PARENT! That you DEMAND a parent to be 387% functional, WITHOUT any form of debilitation such as drugs, and or alcohol. That you DEMAND a SMOKE free environment FREE of the STENCH of cigarettes, etc. That even though your parents CHOOSE to do these things around you, that YOU as a CITIZEN of the US choose to NOT be in such an environment! That you have the RIGHT to clean air! under the Child's Rights Convention!
