The practice of overbooking (selling more tickets than the number effectively available) is a common and unsettling practice used by airlines, hotels and such.
Not only is an insult to common curtesy ans fair practices, but a vicious procedure that once more makes us, the consumers, feel betrayed, belittled and powerless.
This practice should not only be banned, but harshly punished!
