Dear Mr. President we need to reevaluate the situation that so called "puppy mills" have created. By doing mass breedings of animals in order to make a profit they have flooded the nation with animals because a lot of people get rid of their dogs when they are no longer adorable looking puppies often to pounds or shelters where they are killed because no one wants to adopt from shelters when you can go to a puppy mill and get a puppy. Many breeds are singled out in shelters because of a breeds stereotype or past(ex: being used in dog fights or bring vicious) and also better regulate people from breeding dogs in their homes without permits. With better regulation and making puppy mills illegal we will have less dogs and other animals going into shelter and never coming out.
