Make illegal the use of gag order protections for large companies who have paid individuals for their silence.

When companies destroy the environment they affect all living things within the ecosystem. Humans included. Large corporations have historically asked for gag orders as part of their settlement agreements when individuals are harmed by pollutants and harmful waste products. It is imperative that the information known by these few people be made public; if those harmed choose to speak out. Gag orders protect only a few and leave millions more in harms way. It must be made illegal for corporations to continue to pay for silence from the handful of people who hold valuable testimony to the destruction caused by a corporation's willful lack of concern for nature and human safety. Allowing individuals to enter into such agreements disregards the needs and demands of safety for the many.
