The use of aerial drones for the sake of monitoring for the sake of law enforcement is growing. Thanks to the Modernization and Reform Act of 2012, this is expected expand further. It's time to take action to ensure that people's privacy is protected before the use of unmanned drones becomes widespread and police and federal law enforcement agencies all across the land adopt the practice.
