This petition calls for the reform of the 1938 Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, one which would allow the import and sale of Kinder Surprise Eggs in the United States, since it is not "embedded" inside the edible chocolate pieces. It should regulate small choking hazards in food, but not to this extreme. Think of all the children that will grow up and never know the joy of a Kinder Egg. The toy inside even has choking hazard labels included. These Eggs are fun and enjoyable for everyone.
