We the people ask the federal government to Change an existing Administration policy:

Make incurable diseases such as type 1 diabetes, lupis, asthma, ect., completely covered under Medicaid in all states.

Created by A.K. on May 14, 2016

In many states Medicaid has a cut off age at which they stop providing coverage to citizens. In Maine for example the age in which a person stops recieving Medicaid is 21. This cut off point should take into account people with incurable diseases such as type 1 diabetes, type 2 diabetes, lupus, asthma, ect. These people will die without medical treatment and proper medications. Full coverage should be provided on a federal level to all citizens if they can not afford private healthcare or afford healthcare through the affordable care act.
