Make the Insurance companies pay the Diminished value with reasonable adjustments not as the 17C rule stands for.
We need a new law controlling the Diminished Value of a vehicle when it has been in an accident and repaired. A law has never been properly written for the people relating to this matter. These vehicle, that have been in an accident and repaired and later were sold took a loss of up to 50% in value directly because of the accident and repair. The Insurance companies use a Formula called 17C to pay lower rates than they should.
