Stop the 80/20 payment plans that insurance companies now use and make it 100% insured. It;s called insurance and insurance companies should be paying 100% of the cost if the consumer Has a claim. NOT just 80% as the consumer does not pay just 80% of their insurance bill to the insurance companies. Also NO deductibles. This should include all types of insurances, Medical, Home, Car Life Ect...
