Make International Women's Day a Federal Holiday

Created by B.F. on February 03, 2014

For over 100 years International Women's Day has been celebrated throughout the world. It is a day where we can reflect on Women's Rights and the proud history and heritage of Women's Suffrage in the United States. This is a request that President Obama recognize March 8 (International Women's Day) as a Federal Holiday with all the benefits that should be afforded to it.
