The FCC has proposed that internet providers should be allowed to provide "fast lanes" for higher cost for larger corporate customers.
The internet was developed at the expense of the American taxpayer and private companies made a good money during its development. As such it should be treated as a "public utility" with all suppliers and consumers having the same access and capabilities.
We are now at a point where the suppliers want to control the internet and be able to charge specifically for "faster lanes". While this may seem "reasonable" from a corporate view, it will also impose burdens on the American consumer.
Let suppliers compete on real services, not on gimmicks that distort the Open Internet's level playing field.
