The Interstate Highway System (IHS) is of national importance, providing for the transportation of goods, services, and people via all parts of the USA. The IHS infrastructure is deteriorating; our responses have been reactive not proactive, creating gridlock and dangerous conditions. New IHS lanes must be added to facilitate continued interstate commerce. The IHS needs additional lanes between metropolitan statistical areas (MSA). The top 6 MSA in each/every state will be the recipients. Where there are two MSA
