The very reason why doctors don't want to take cash patients and the reason why people cannot afford health insurance is because we are cutting into physicians profits when we pay cash and because evidently it is common practice for clinics and pharmacists to price gauge insurance companies who, in return, pass on the exuberant costs to us. Quit allowing the physicians and the pharmacists to price gauge insurance companies. Fine them for it. Not us. Shut down their clinics and stores for it. Don't reward them for it by demanding everyone buy insurance so that these places may profit even more while we continue to get stuck with high insurance rates & premiums that we cannot afford! .
