It should be an enforceable crime for states suddenly requiring doctors to have admitting privileges; for states to suddenly change actual physical building requirements, for states not using accurate scientific facts to pass legislation, states using opinion and/or religious belief to prevent, deny, restrict access to legal abortion and/or health care of any kind. States should not be allowed to invent hurdles and or obstacles preventing women's legal right to abortion and/or access to health care. Many states are involved in some of the above listed; some all of the above listed to prevent women from exercising their legal rights. These new requirements by states are being created for the sole purpose of denying, restricting and/or stopping women from exercising their legal rights.
