Make it a crime to knowingly broadcast lies; or unknowingly in ignorance, claim falsehoods in the media.

Individuals and Broadcasters who are proven to be Broadcasting Lies should be prosecuted as felons.
To Lie or Make False Statements in the Media can be Extremely damaging to....
1. ....those who are in the audience, who have a right to the truth, as lies will lead them to incorrect conclusions and damaging actions.
2. .....to persons who are the subject of a lie, defamatory, or false claim.
3. To Everyone in our society, and the World as a whole, who are all Ultimately affected.
Every Individual, from the writer to the editor, to the owner, should be Responsible to the Truth should be held accountable and prosecuted as felons if proven to be publishing lies, or negligent untruths.
