Make it discrimination to have a company policy to not hire felons for non bonded positions.

I believe it should be against the law to create a company policy that prevents the hiring of felons for non bonded or positions that do not require a security clearance. Many people are left with little to no alternative after release from incarceration to reform as many companies have policies in place that deny felons employment. If former offenders were given the opportunity to make a decent living after release then they would not repeat offend. A large number of offenders start young and have their entire future destroyed due to one bad decision, I believe all should have the opportunity to pursue their dreams and should not have their mistakes haunt them for their entire lives. If one stays out of trouble for 10+ years, why still hold it against them?
