make it discrimination to not hire a person due to credit issues created by economical hardships.

Created by W.H. on June 22, 2014

It should be a form of discrimination for a person to be denied employment solely on the basis of their credit. People are unfairly considered "bums" or "deadbeats" because of economic hardship that could be caused by the lack of employment. People need a job to attain good credit and to get their lives back on the right track. There are thousands of people in America who, by no choice of their own, have gone through the loss of employment or some other financial hardship that are denied the opportunity to gain employment simply because of a credit score. Let's change this and offer more opportunity to the American people.
