I guess it is very difficult for any American to vote (President Obama spoke of super "long lines" etc) at an election but for absentee voters it really is extremely complicated. So I want through this petition that the Obama administration makes it easier : no need to fill in the FPCA every year, no need to provide the last address where we resided in America (one only has to choose a State of election and keep it).
