Make it easier to create non profit charity causes in small towns.

It should be easier for grass root charity creation to happen .In small town America it's not easy creating 501 non profit charities to handle local problems. So in most cases little towns go with out. While Millionaires and Billionaire create 501's will nilly without understanding the problems we face. We would be the best judges of what we need ,we don't need big city ideas to solve small town problems. We aren't all hicks and hillbilly's . We can think for ourselves and we can create a better world without big brother looking over our shoulders.
